Welcome to D & J Crafters shipping policy. We aim to provide you with a seamless shipping experience for your customized gifts. Our shipping methods are efficient, our packaging is secure, and we strive to keep the costs reasonable. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you safely and in a timely manner. Most Orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days, custom orders within 3 business days except for custom kitchen boards which take up to 30 days due to the time it takes to cure the boards after finishing.
We understand the importance of transparency and trust in our relationship with you. Therefore, we promise to communicate clearly and honestly about any shipping-related information that may impact your experience with us.
Return & Exchange Policy
At D & J Crafters, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. Food items, and personal care items are not returnable. Customized items are not returnable except in the case of damage during shipping. In this case, please email us at orders@dnjcrafters.com with a picture of the damage and your order number, so that we can make it right.
